Meet Winston  our adorable 14 Year-Old Shih Tzu X Cavalier

Unfortunatley Winston arrived to the 快活影院in very bad condition with severe matting and underweight. Although Winston arrived in such a bad way he's not let this phase him and it didn't take long before he was soon settle in and winning all of our hearts, and fortunatley Winston is in a much better condition both mentally and physically!

Winston may be 14 but he is still a spring chicken, he loves his walks as well as exploring when on his time out but he knows when he's had enough and will take himself off for a snooze.

Due to Winston's breed he will need regular grooms and maintaining of his coat to avoid any matting. Winston is very tolerant of being groomed so this should be introduced early on

Winston is an affectionate boy and will happily cosey up for snuggles, he loves his toys but must have his space respected when he has them as he can become anxious of them being taken from him, and can become defensive

Winston can live with children of Secondary  school age that can understand when Winston needs some rest or space when he is enjoyig his toys. Winston is still working on his socialisation with dogs as he can be a frustrated greeter, so in the meantime it is reccomended he goes into a home as the only dog to minimise any risk and to help him settle into his new home faster!
