Say hello to our lovely Minnie. Minnie hasn’t been with us too long, but has already made quite the impression on us! Minnie is a Black and White Domestic Short Hair and is 3 years old.

Minnie first came to us a bit worse for wear and has been getting lots of TLC from staff and volunteers at the centre. It’s safe to say that Minnie has been lapping up all the attention!

Minnie really seems to enjoy human company. Even with people she has just met, Minnie is very friendly on approach and really loves fuss and attention. You will often find Minnie waiting at her pod door waiting for someone to walk by.

Minnie is quite happy to be handled for short periods. She is easy to pick up and will even let you give her a cuddle. Minnie is also quite happy to be groomed and will even press it into the brush for extra strokes.

When it comes to playing with toys, Minnie can be quite sassy. She can only have certain toys, as there is some she will try to eat! Minnie is still trying to master her cat flap, but as each day goes by, she is getting better and better at it. Minnie is also using her litter tray with no issues.

Minnie is really looking for a home where she can continue to grow in confidence and can continue to get all the TLC she needs. Minnie really isn’t keen on other cats, so would definitely need to be the only pet in the home. Minnie would be best suited to a home with cat savvy children aged 5 and over.
