For adoption ✨ GRYLA ✨ Gryla is a sweet 1-year-old black and white cat looking for her new home. Gryla came into ¿ì»îÓ°Ôºcare heavily pregnant and promptly gave birth to six kittens. The conditions in Gryla's former home were terrible and all the animals were unvaccinated and unneutered. Despite Gryla's best efforts to care for her brood, heartbreakingly only two of the six made it.

Now Gryla's kittens have flown the nest and found homes themselves, Gryla has been receiving some much-deserved pampering in a foster home, where she has been able to rediscover her own kitten energy absent the role of motherhood. Her foster carer describes her as an absolutely play machine! Gryla is a chatty and active lady, who will carry her favourite toys around (often bringing them to the desk of the foster carer while she is working, enticing her to join her for a game of fetch!). 

Gryla will happily play independently too, and she entertains herself if a human playmate cannot be found. After a mad half-hour of zoomies Gryla enjoys sitting on the sofa beside you, chatting away (and maybe asking for food - this girl loves her grub, and isn't shy about letting you know!).

Gryla definitely needs a safe outdoor space to explore once she has settled, as she has shown that she will enjoy the opportunity to chase things around and climb trees! Gryla needs a home where any teenagers are cat-savvy and can read her signals, as she can sometimes get carried away while playing, and use her claws.

After sharing her home with so many animals in the past she also needs a home where she can be 'queen bee' - the only cat.
